Rocker Kid Rock's lawyers have reached a tentative agreement with the World Wide Red Light District company, to extend a judge's order blocking the release of a sex tape showing Kid Rock, former Creed singer Scott Stapp and four women.

Red Light District is the distributor for the infamous Paris Hilton sex tape, and president David Joseph hopes to follow that success with Kid Rock's recording. He even made a prediction about the sales, saying they could sell 300,000 to 400,000 copies of the tape at $20 to $24 wholesale.

The order obtained on February 28 forced Red Light District to shut down websites showing snippets of the film, and the agreement reached last week states that the temporary injunction will remain in effect without having to go through another court hearing, said William Horton, a lawyer for Rock who spoke to The Detroit News .

We believe that this tape was a private tape, improperly obtained, said Horton in an interview. And we intend to keep it private. He also argued, We're not hankering for a license agreement. We don't want any money.
