The brother of Pittsburgh safety was sentenced to five years in jail after he attended the Super Bowl instead of turning himself in for driving with a revoked license.

was scheduled to report to a Broward County, Fla., prison on Jan. 6 to serve a six-month sentence for the license violation after a judge had let him to spend time with his family over the holidays.

"I don't think any player worth his salt is content to be a backup," Griese said during a conference call, one day after agreeing to a five-year deal worth between $14 million and $24 million with incentives.

Henry was arrested Jan. 28 in Orlando on felony counts of possession of a concealed firearm, improper exhibition of a firearm and aggravated assault with a firearm. That case is pending.

The NFL draft, which moved out of Madison Square Garden last season, will move to another New York City landmark this year - Radio City Music Hall.
